Field Analyst

IMMEDIATE OPENING

Field Analysts are the backbone of the Danter Company's real estate research, since they gather critical information upon which our analyses are based.  Ideal Field Analysts are inquisitive, detail-oriented, and willing to spend time in a different city anywhere in the United States every week.  Job responsibilities include gathering data on many types of real estate, including multifamily, single-family, retail, office, lodging, or other assignments as necessary.  In gathering critical data for our real estate research, the Field Analyst may be called on to visit an apartment community, conduct interviews with local government officials or real estate agents, or conduct research using real estate records at a county courthouse.  Field Analysts with initiative who exhibit superior work skills and display the capacity to understand market dynamics will be considered for promotion to Project Director.

Project Director

IMMEDIATE OPENING

Project Directors are not only for compiling critical information while in the field, but also for writing the conclusions for each real estate research analysis. They perform similar tasks as a field analyst and in some instances oversee the Field Analysts in the primary data collection process, identify the necessary secondary data and oversee its collection, and interpret all data.  Ideal Project Directors have an academic background in real estate or urban planning, good people management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.  The goal of the Project Director is to be involved with the real estate research analysis from inception to completion.

Appraiser

The Danter Company has considered expanding our level of services to be a full-service real estate research company, and we are interested in identifying certified appraisers to join our real estate research team.  Ideal candidate will be team-oriented, board certified by one of the major appraisal oversight organizations, and willing to travel.

Support Staff

Support staff positions include clerical, editorial, and mapping specialists.  Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, willing to take on a variety of tasks as necessary, have basic computer proficiency in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment, and able to work to deadlines.
