Patrick Clark, Director
of Human Resources
Pat Clark joined The Danter Company in 1985 as a Field
Analyst. Since that time, he has been Senior Field Analyst, Project Director,
and since 1998, a Senior Project Director. As a Senior Project Director, Mr.
Clark’s responsibilities include directing field work for feasibility studies,
data analysis, and preparing conclusions and recommendations and direct
consultation with the client development team. He is also the Director of Human
Resources for The Danter Company.
As a Project Director, he has directed over 2,500 market
studies in all aspects of Real Estate Research, including rental housing,
apartment repositioning, single-family, condominium, student housing, office,
office/warehouse, retail, hotel/resort, and golf course development. He has
been the senior analyst for major mixed-use assignments in Dunedin, Florida;
Palm Springs, California; Columbus, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Clark has pioneered major innovations for student
housing development research, using Internet surveys of college students. The
Danter Company now maintains an internet panel approaching 10,000 students.
This panel validates consumer preferences and supplements our conventional
student housing methodology. The panel enables The Danter Company to
continually measure the pulse of this rapidly developing market.
Mr. Clark coordinated The Danter TransAction Report
from 1993 to 1997. This report tracks new single-family transaction activity
within a seven-county area of Central Ohio, including Franklin, Delaware,
Fairfield, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Union Counties. He also coordinates
the Central Ohio Rent and Vacancy survey, an annual survey of 130,000 rental
units in the Columbus, Ohio area. He has coordinated similar projects in
Cleveland, Dayton, Cincinnati, and Detroit.
