Pete DiSalvo joined The Danter Company in
1995. Mr. DiSalvo is a Senior Project Director with
responsibilities including directing field work for feasibility
studies, data analysis, preparing and presenting conclusions and
recommendations, and direct consultation with the client
development team.
As a Senior Project Director, he has
directed over 600 market studies in all aspects of Real Estate
Research, with a significant focus on senior housing, military
housing privatization, and special project consulting.

Other experience includes rental housing,

the senior analyst for major mixed-use assignments in Maitland,
Florida; Palm Springs, California; Columbus, Ohio, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, and Jackson, Mississippi.
Mr. DiSalvo has also conducted major
economic impact studies relating to street car development in
urban redevelopment, Rapid Transit economic impact on conference
and convention centers. The Danter Company, at Mr. DiSalvo’s
direction, has developed an interactive internet survey
capability among downtown residents and employees. The Danter
Company now maintains an urban internet panel of over 2,500
respondents. This panel validates consumer preferences and
supplements our conventional urban housing methodology. The
panel enables The Danter Company to continually measure the
pulse of this rapidly developing market.
