Notes:

• For the Virgin Islands, there are only three areas: St Croix, St John and St Thomas.  For areas with apostrophes (i.e., Prince George's County, Maryland), please omit the apostrophe (Prince Georges).
• For counties beginning with "St.", please use "St" instead. 
• For Louisiana. omit the word "parish" (i.e., Iberville instead of Iberville Parish).
• For Puerto Rico, database now returns by Municipio.  Please omit the word "Municipio".
• For an Independent City, use the city name followed by the word "city" (i.e. Newport News City).
