May 9, 2006: Updated home owner and rental vacancy statistics to reflect 2005 data and multifamily completion data to reflect 2004 statistics (released April 2006).
May 5, 2006: Updated StartsWatch data to include just-released 2005 permits.
March 14, 2006: Updated QCT Database to reflect 2006 Qualified Census Tracts and updated Difficult Development Areas to reflect 2006 changes.
March 13, 2006: Income limits database updated to reflect 2006 data, effective March 8, 2006.
November 4, 2005: Income limits database updated to include 35% and 40% rents and incomes, as well as studio units.
October 18, 2005: Fair Market Rent database created. Input county and state, and the database returns the Fair Market Rents for all county parts (works properly for New England counties and towns).
