Use this form to identify LIHTC maximum rents and incomes for any county in the USA except for areas in New England. 

New England maximum rents and incomes for any area can be found here.

Enter the two-letter state abbreviation and the county name, and then press the "Submit" button.

Notes:

For the Virgin Islands, there are only three areas: St Croix, St John and St Thomas.  For areas with apostrophes (i.e., Prince George's County, Maryland), please omit the apostrophe (Prince Georges).

For counties beginning with "St.", please use "St" instead

.For Louisiana. omit the word "parish" (i.e., Iberville instead of Iberville Parish).

For Puerto Rico, database now returns by Municipio.  Please omit the word "Municipio".

For an Independent City, use the city name followed by the word "city" (i.e. Newport News City).
