The following metropolitan areas have had their 50% (VLI) incomes adjusted from the
area's median income. Included are the FY2006 median income, 50% of median income based on
the FY2006 median income, the four-person limit after adjustments (this is the figure used
to determine maximum incomes and rents for the LIHTC program) and the reason for the
