Danter Student Housing Services
We offer several different types of services for those
interested in student housing:
- Our most basic service is a market profile, where we conduct an extensive field survey of
existing student housing alternatives, including on- and
off-campus housing, including apartments and non-modern
rentals (single-families and doubles. We can also
conduct intercept and telephone surveys to identify student
perceptions of the market.
- Once our profile is complete, we can make additional
recommendations on serving the student housing community.
Called a development
alternatives study, we formulate a set of
recommendations on how to use available and projected
resources to best serve the student housing community,
including support by unit type and rent level.
- Our site-specific market
feasibility surveys for student housing identify the market
support potential for a planned housing development intended
for student occupancy. For
